Cardiophilum plus

Description

Cardiophilum plus  is a vegetable ethanolic extract used as a special food additive for different cardiovascular diseases.

Trade name: Cardiophilum plus.

Pharmaceutical formа: drops.

Composition of the vegetable extract: common hawthorn fruits, common hawthorn flowers, nettle grass, skullcap grass, common periwinkle grass, European wood strawberry leaves, mistletoe leaves, pine cones of hops, lemon balm herb.

Pharmacological effect: possesses hypotensive, sedative and capillary–restorative action. Regulates fat, mineral and water metabolism in the body. Enhances diuresis and isolation of the products of nitrogen metabolism. The drug has hemostatic, hyposensitization and analgesic properties. It has a sedative effect, especially in the elderly. Stimulates regeneration processes in the epidermis of the skin, has a bactericidal and fungicidal action.

Indications: for Hypertension of 1-2 stages. It is used in the general conditions of nervous excitement, insomnia, arrhythmias, myocarditis, with vegetative-vascular dystonia, atherosclerosis, beriberi, anemia.

Special warnings: individual intolerance to the components of the preparation

Administration: to be administered on doctor’s recommendations.

Dosage and method of administration: recommended dose is 10 drops 3 times a day to be taken neat or in 30 ml of still non-mineral water 30 min before meals.
